Last of Neon

The majority of my clothes are black, so I love incorporating pieces that have pops of color or interesting motifs that catch the eye. My neon green skirt does the trick in this case- it is always a good idea to have on piece of your outfit that is the focal point. This outfit is more for a special event, or getting cocktails with the girls. Yet, you can dress it down by throwing on a leather jacket, matte tights and thigh high flat boots.
